From my short questionnaire I have already been able to have an insight on teenage audience’s preference in film. It seems that my audience like to go for the darker side of film, my results show that 3 people prefer thriller and 3 prefer horror, I think these as similar as they are sub-genres within each other so people who chose them may not have been too sure on the difference as so many films have more than one genre in them, but at least they show that thriller movies are a more favorable film alongside with horror. So does this mean people like to be on the edge of their seat, constantly wondering what is going to happen to them? I believe from the places they have chosen that they like to be scared as people that had chosen thriller or horror as their choice either preferred watching movies in their own room either alone or with friends, or were happy as long as they were with friends. I believe this is because people like the excitement but know they won’t be too scared if they are surrounded by friends that will find it just as exciting as them. The one that said they like action movies and watching them in the cinema showed me an important link, people go to the cinema to watch the big action films but when it comes to thriller they would prefer to be in the comfort of their own home rather than with multiple people that they do not know. From the feedback we had been given, we decided to choose the name "Natural selection". I believe that the public will preffer this as they will wonder what it could be about, also confusing the situation because in the film will it realy be natural selection that is the big deal?

I am pleased with my results as I would have hoped that thriller would be a popular choice as we are making a thriller film, I hope ours turns out the way we can imagine it to be.
